Your plan discount applies to every scheduled service visit at the level shown for your plan. We show the savings clearly on every quote.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There is no long-term contract. If you cancel early, we only ask that you repay the discount from your first service.
What if I need extra services?+
Tell us what changed and we will add the work to an upcoming visit or schedule a separate stop. Your plan discount still applies.
Do I have to be home?+
Not for exterior-only work, as long as we have access and any gates or pets are handled. Interior service does require someone to let us in.
